The Eco-Friendly Marina di Ragusa Holiday Home is a simple and comfortable eco-sustainable home.
We are located next to the Irminio Nature Reserve: we are 250 meters from its entrance and 350 meters from its beach. It is a "zero impact" structure as we produce the entire daily need for electricity and domestic hot water with solar energy.
Each apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels and access is also possible for people with motor disabilities.
At guests' disposal there is free Wi-Fi and private parking for one car.
Security is guaranteed by a perimeter circuit of external cameras, as well as gas, fire and carbon monoxide detectors in every internal environment.
Pets are allowed at an additional cost of €5/night for each pet hosted.
The cleaning of the apartment will have an additional cost between €30 and €70 per stay. This varies according to the length of stay and the quality of the apartment.
There are no extra beds.

THE OWL:
It is an 80 m2 apartment that comfortably accommodates two people plus a child up to three years of age, who will be provided (upon request) with a comfortable camping cot.
It is ideal for those who want to spend a peaceful holiday not far from the sea and the town of Marina di Ragusa, as it has free parking (1 car) and a covered and fully equipped terrace with barbecue, gazebo, tables, chairs, deck chairs and sea view.
It is modern, has every comfort and all rooms are air conditioned.
THE OWL AND THE OWL:
It is a 130m2 apartment that can comfortably accommodate four people plus a child up to three years of age, who will be provided (upon request) with a comfortable camping cot.
It has a free parking space (1 car) and a terrace with sea view, fully equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, chairs, tables, gazebo and barbecue.
It is modern, has every comfort and all rooms are air conditioned.
