For the whole season the minimum stay is 2 days; check-in and check-out are possible on any day.
In the period between 15/07/2023 and 26/08/2023, the minimum rental is 7 days; in this period check-in and check-out are only carried out on Saturdays (except in cases of particular urgency or importance).
The stay can only be extended on a weekly basis, subject to availability and agreement with the host, up to a maximum of 28 days.
In any period of the season, both in the case of late arrival and early departure, there is no refund for the days not used.

Security is ensured by a perimeter circuit of external cameras, as well as gas, fire and carbon monoxide detectors in each internal environment.

- The beaches of Punta Braccetto and Punta Secca;
- Ragusa Ibla, for its late 18th century Baroque style, the setting for the episodes of Inspector Montalbano, with the Cathedral and its urban fabric, the scene of continuous events and cultural events of all kinds;
